Fee Packages & Registration
Registration fee will be waived for the first ten (10) participants that submitted their abstracts and receive acceptance.
For group registration- each group of three (3) participants with obtain free registration for the fourth participant (3+1).
Registration fee for local participants:
- MyRMA member is RM 500
- MyRMA non-member is RM 620 (inclusive of one (1) year membership fee for 2024)
Registration fee for international participants:
- MyRMA member is USD 120
- MyRMA non-member is USD150 (inclusive of one (1) year membership fee for 2024)

The deadline for symposium registration is 23 October 2023.
Full payment is due by 23 October 2023.
All registrations are to be submitted online.

Registration fee includes symposium access, teas and lunches, nametag, notepad & pen. Registration fees exclude travel and accommodation expenses.
All food provided is Halal.
Any request for changes to be made for registration must be done online or via email only.
Request for cancellations after registration will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and will not qualify for a refund of any kind. The registration fee will remain due and payable.
In the event of non-attendance or non-arrival, full payment will remain due with no exceptions.
For participants who require accommodation inside the Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM), the rates of the campus hostel are as follows:

COVID-19 Preventive Measures during the Symposium at Xiamen University Malaysia
Participants are highly encouraged:
- Wear a face mask properly and maintain social distance
- Practice good hygiene, including covering your mouth when coughing or sneezing, using hand sanitizer when entering common areas, cleaning your hands regularly, and disinfecting surfaces that you frequently touch such as door handles, elevator buttons, faucets, and phone screens.
- If you have developed symptoms or tested positive for COVID-19 on the day before or during the symposium, please notify the symposium registration committee
COVID-19 Guidelines for International Participants
From 1 August 2022, all travelers are allowed to enter Malaysia regardless of their COVID-19 vaccination status and do not require a pre-departure or on-arrival COVID-19 test.
There are no quarantine orders related to COVID-19 enforced by the Malaysian Government upon arrival.
